Sajuunnie ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Sajuunnie mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Account Information

• Display name — optional, used within the App.
• Authentication provider — we record whether you signed in via email, Google, or Apple.

Birth Information

• Date of birth (year, month, day) and time of birth — required to calculate your Four Pillars (Saju) chart.
• Gender — used in traditional Saju analysis where interpretations may differ.
• Birth location — optional, used for timezone-adjusted calculations.

Saju & Reading Data

• Calculated Saju charts (Four Pillars, Heavenly Stems, Earthly Branches).
• AI-generated readings and reports — stored so you can revisit them in your Library.
• Chat conversations with the AI fortune teller.
• Premium report content you have purchased.

Usage Data

• App interactions, feature usage, and crash reports collected automatically to improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized Saju readings and AI-powered fortune analysis.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• To process purchases and manage your Ki credit balance.
• To communicate with you about your account or the App.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve relevant ads. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Apple In-App Purchases

Ki credit purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple processes all transactions according to their Privacy Policy.

Google Sign-In & Apple Sign-In

If you choose to sign in via Google or Apple, we receive only your email address (and name, if provided) from the identity provider. We do not access your contacts, calendars, or other account data.

AI Services

Your birth information and Saju chart data are sent to AI language model providers (Google Gemini) to generate personalized readings. This data is used solely for generating your readings and is not used to train AI models.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (Amazon Web Services). We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and follow industry-standard security practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and reading data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

6. Your Rights

• Access — You can view your data within the App (account settings, saved readings).
• Deletion — You may request account deletion by contacting us.
• Opt-out of ads — You can limit ad tracking through your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8. Entertainment Disclaimer

Sajuunnie is for entertainment purposes only. Saju readings and AI-generated fortunes are based on traditional Korean cosmology and should not be relied upon for making important life decisions including medical, financial, legal, or relationship decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
