Welcome to Sajuunnie. By downloading, installing, or using the Sajuunnie mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Sajuunnie provides AI-generated Korean Four Pillars of Destiny (Saju, 사주) readings and fortune analysis. The App offers free basic readings and premium content available for purchase using Ki credits.

2. Entertainment Purpose Only

All readings, reports, chat responses, and fortune analyses provided by Sajuunnie are for entertainment purposes only. They are based on traditional Korean cosmology interpreted by artificial intelligence and do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, psychological, or relationship advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on information provided by the App. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate birth information for Saju calculations. Inaccurate information will result in inaccurate readings.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit free credits or promotions is prohibited.

4. Ki Credits & Purchases

• Ki credits are the in-app currency used to unlock premium content and reports.
• Ki credits are purchased through Apple In-App Purchases and are subject to Apple's terms and pricing.
• All Ki credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• Ki credits have no monetary value outside the App and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Unused Ki credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• We reserve the right to modify Ki credit pricing and bonus structures at any time.

5. Free Ki Credits & Rewarded Ads

• We may offer free Ki credits through rewarded video advertisements or promotional events.
• Availability of rewarded ads depends on third-party ad networks and is not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free credit offerings at any time.

6. Premium Content

• Premium reports are generated by AI based on your Saju chart and are unique to your birth information.
• Once a premium report is generated and delivered, the Ki credit cost is non-refundable.
• Report generation may take several minutes. We are not liable for delays caused by high demand or technical issues.
• Generated reports are stored in your account for future access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are owned by Sajuunnie or its licensors. AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the App or its servers.
• Using automated tools to access the App or its API.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing premium content.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit credits or promotions.
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Extended inactivity (12+ months).
• Any reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your access to the App and any unused Ki credits will be forfeited. Generated reports may be deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sajuunnie and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on any reading or fortune analysis.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated readings will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
